Mixed lettuce consists of the best lettuce of the day, with flavors ranging from grassy to nutty to earthy, and textures including crunchy, chewy, and crisp. In the summer, we regeneratively farm about two dozen varieties, with about half being included in this offering. In winter, we grow about nine.
