Dressings French

Ingredients

  • 1 c. olive oil
  • ¼ c. tarragon or white wine vinegar
  • ¼ c. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. dry mustard
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in jar.
  2. Shake well to blend. (use a blender for really smooth dressing)
  3. Chill to let flavors blend at least 8 hours
  4. Let stand at room temp a couple minutes & shake before serving.

Serves: About 1 1/2 cups
