The Herb Patch

Herbs add the finishing touch to many a recipe. The addition can mean the difference between good and delicious! Most times, fresh is better and the cost at the grocer is astronomical when you consider how easy they are to grow yourself for a fraction of the price. Much easier to grow than veggies or fruits, we recommend that if you are a new edible gardener, start with herbs to build up your confidence. And since they are rarely bothered by pests, growing organic is a cinch.
