Dressings Mom’s Italian

Ingredients

  • 1 c. veggie or extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ c. tarragon or white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1-2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • fresh ground pepper

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients in jar.
  2. Shake well to blend.
  3. Drizzles over salad greens & toss. Add sugar or salt to taste.

Serves: About 1 1/2 cups
