Ingredients

• ¾ cup orange marmalade
• 6 tbsp. orange juice
• 1/3 cup butter
• ¼ tsp. salt
• ¼ tsp. pepper
• 9 beets, sliced and boiled or 3 cans (14oz.) sliced beets

Steps

1. In a large skillet, combine first 5 ingredients.
2. Bring to a boil and cook and stir 3-4 minutes until thickened.
3. Add cooked beets and cook and stir 6 minutes until most of liquid is absorbed.
