Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. butter
- ½ onion, sliced
- 1 apple, peeled & sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 12 pierogis
- ¼ cup veggie broth
- salt & pepper
Steps
- In large skillet, melt butter and sauté onions till translucent.
- Add pierogis and sauté till golden brown.
- If sticking to the bottom, use spatula to flip.
- Add broth, cabbage, apple and salt & pepper
- Stir and cover, cook for about 5-10 min. til cabbage soft, stirring occasionally gently.
- Serve sour cream to dip
