Ingredients
- ½ Butternut Squash (Microwave 5 min, peel & chop)
- ½ apple, peeled & chopped
- ½ carrot, sliced
- ½ onion, sliced
- 1 1 1/2 tsp. fresh rosemary
- salt & pepper
- 1 clove a garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. heavy mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp. butter
Steps
- Butter large oven casserole dish 2. Mix all ingredients except butter.
- Pour into casserole dish.
- Pour butter over the top.
- Bake 400 deg. for 30 min., mixing once halfway thru.
**Tip: Only 4 gms. Fat per serving
