Ingredients
- 2 sweetpotatoes, baked and peeled
- 1/3 cup brown sugar + 1 tbsp.
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
Steps
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- In med bowl, mash sweetpotatoes with all ingredients except 1 tbsp. brown sugar and pecans.
- Spread into small buttered oven-proof casserole dish. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. brown sugar and nuts on top.
- Bake 25 min. till bubbly and brown on top.
