- 2 med sweet potatoes
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. orange juice
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into long wedges.
- Melt butter and mix with juice and cinnamon.
- Salt and pepper wedges to taste.
- Brush ½ glaze onto wedges and place on cookie sheet in single layer.
- Bake in oven for 25 min or until tender and brown. Brush on rest of glaze a few minutes before they are done.
