Sweet Potato Glazed Wedges


  • 2 med sweet potatoes
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • salt and pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into long wedges.
  2. Melt butter and mix with juice and cinnamon.
  3. Salt and pepper wedges to taste.
  4. Brush ½ glaze onto wedges and place on cookie sheet in single layer.
  5. Bake in oven for 25 min or until tender and brown. Brush on rest of glaze a few minutes before they are done.
