- ¾ cup orange marmalade
- 6 tbsp. orange juice
- 1/3 cup butter
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 9 beets, sliced and boiled or 3 cans (14oz.) sliced beets
- In a large skillet, combine first 5 ingredients.
- Bring to a boil and cook and stir 3-4 minutes until thickened.
- Add cooked beets and cook and stir 6 minutes until most of liquid is absorbed.
