Pineapple Sage Tropical Cooler

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple sage leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • 1 quart sparkling mineral water or seltzer

Steps

  1. Bring water to near boil. Remove from heat, stir in herbs. Steep 15 min.
  2. Strain the liquid into a pitcher, discarding the herbs.
  3. Mix in everything else except sparkling water
  4. Just before serving, add sparkling water.
  5. Garnish glasses with sage flowers.

Serves: 1/2 Gallon
