- 2 cups water
- ½ cup fresh pineapple sage leaves
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 1 quart sparkling mineral water or seltzer
- Bring water to near boil. Remove from heat, stir in herbs. Steep 15 min.
- Strain the liquid into a pitcher, discarding the herbs.
- Mix in everything else except sparkling water
- Just before serving, add sparkling water.
- Garnish glasses with sage flowers.
Serves: 1/2 Gallon
