- 3 cups melon chunks (cantaloupe or honeydew)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 8 ice cubes
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 cups small, fresh borage flowers (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Puree and serve immediately.
- Garnish with borage flowers, if desired.
Note: Borage is a delicate herb to grow, they have pretty little blue star like flowers that are reminiscent of cucumber. This is a nice lo fat fountain treat!
