Orange Melon Cooler


  • 3 cups melon chunks (cantaloupe or honeydew)
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 8 ice cubes
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 cups small, fresh borage flowers (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Puree and serve immediately.
  3. Garnish with borage flowers, if desired.

Note: Borage is a delicate herb to grow, they have pretty little blue star like flowers that are reminiscent of cucumber. This is a nice lo fat fountain treat!

Serves: Yields 1 qt.
