Tangerine Marmalade Cheesecake

This is a very light and delicious cheesecake.


  • Handful of graham cracker crumbs (optional)
  • 4 8oz. tubs of whipped cream cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • ½ stick of butter
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 tbspcornstarch
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/3 cup tangerine or orange marmalade
  • Handful of graham cracker crumbs (optional)


  1. In large bowl, put in cream cheese, sour cream, butter and sugar.
  2. Sift cornstarch over the bowl and let stand till room temp.
  3. Place a roasting pan filled 1/3 with water in oven
  4. Preheat oven to 375° Butter a 10” springform pan.
  5. With a mixer, beat until well mixed, some lumps. Add vanilla to blend in.
  6. Beat eggs into mix 1 at a time till mix is smooth.
  7. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over bottom of the pan.
  8. Pour batter into pan.
  9. Drizzle marmalade over top of batter and using a rubber spatula swirl it into the batter but do not thoroughly mix.
  10. Cover the bottom & sides the the pan with foil and place in pan in oven. Bake for 1 hr till knife comes clean.
  11. Remove from oven, let cool 20 min in water bath.
  12. Refrigerate at least 3 hours and remove from frig 30 min before serving.

**Tip: Top with fresh berries
