Ingredients
- 2 apples, peeled & chopped into ½ inch pieces
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 1 tbsp. Applejack or Brandy
- 2 tbsp. Apple cider
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. raisins
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
Steps
- Place all ingredients in small saucepan. Do not cover.
- Simmer on med. heat for 20 min. till apples are soft.
- Mix occasionally only so you don’t smash down apples.
- Serve over ice cream, cake or pancakes.
