Orange Flavored Sugar


  • Grated peel of 4 oranges
  • 1 cup of sugar


  1. Grate the peel on a large grater or cut off the peel (no pith) and grate in food processor.
  2. Mix well with sugar
  3. Refrigerate in a covered jar.
  4. One tbsp. of sugar equals 1 tsp. grated peel.

Note: Use to sweeten tea or desserts or in dressings for fruity acidic note.

Serves: 1 cup
