- Grated peel of 4 oranges
- 1 cup of sugar
- Grate the peel on a large grater or cut off the peel (no pith) and grate in food processor.
- Mix well with sugar
- Refrigerate in a covered jar.
- One tbsp. of sugar equals 1 tsp. grated peel.
Note: Use to sweeten tea or desserts or in dressings for fruity acidic note.
