Ingredients
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. lite sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayo
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- handful of fresh herbs: chives, dill, & parsley
- 1 t. sugar
- 1 t. Dijon mustard
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- ½ t. hot sauce
- ½ t. salt
Steps
- Chop herbs very fine.
- Combine all ingredients in jar.
- Shake well to blend. (use a blender for really smooth dressing)
- Chill to let flavors blend at least 8 hours
- Let stand at room temp a couple minutes & shake before serving.
- Use on salad greens, for veggie dip or on sandwiches & burgers.
Serves: About 1 1/2 cup
