Ingredients
- 1 c. veggie or extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ c. tarragon or white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. water
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1-2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- fresh ground pepper
Steps
- Combine all ingredients in jar.
- Shake well to blend.
- Drizzles over salad greens & toss. Add sugar or salt to taste.
Serves: About 1 1/2 cups
