Ingredients
- ¾ c. crumbled blue cheese
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- ½ c. mayo
- ½ c. half-&-half
Steps
- Reserve 1/3 c. blue cheese
- Beat remaining blue cheese & cream cheese on low speed.
- Add mayo & half-n-half, beat on med speed until creamy.
- Stir in reserved blue cheese.
- Cover & chill 3 hours.
Serves: About 1 2/3 cups
