- 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
- 3 leaves basil, rolled and sliced thin
- 2 tsp lemon zest, finely grated
- Preheat oven to 400 deg.
- Mix ingredients together in small bowl.
- Spoon onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper, 1 tbsp. each
- Bake for 3-5 min. (Watch!)
*Tip* Serve these tasty crisps as a garnish for any pasta dish or salad.
**Tip** Do not use grated cheese in a tub as they may contain anti-caking additives & not melt.
